Ziplines have become the latest feature to be temporarily disabled in Fortnite Battle Royale.
The announcement came on Friday, September 6 via the official Fortnite account that Ziplines will be disabled across the entire Fortnite map.
Epic Games stated that there is an ‘issue’ with Fortnite Ziplines, although they didn’t mention exactly what was wrong.
Ziplines allow players to seamlessly travel around certain points of the map and are essential for mobility.

We’ll provide an update when we have more information.
At the time of writing, the developer did not provide a timeframe regarding when Ziplines will be added back to Fortnite Battle Royale.
If we had to guess, Ziplines will most likely be back by the end of the weekend, but it can be hard to guess without any new information.
With Ziplines being vaulted, getting around the Fortnite map will be much harder than it already was. A collection of community members have complained that mobility has been negatively impacted by the Season 10 changes thus far.
Epic Games have needed to disable a number of in-game items in recent weeks due to issues, and the Ziplines are just the latest feature to be impacted.
We will keep you updated with any new information regarding when Ziplines will be added back to Fortnite Battle Royale.
