One thing the Switch and mobile versions of Fortnite have been lacking is stats, but that will all be changing quite soon.

In the upcoming v7.40 update of Fortnite, the Nintendo Switch and mobile versions of the game will be getting a stats page.

This page has notably been missing since it launched on those platforms and fans have been begging for it to be implemented for quite some time now.

Epic Games has finally answered those prayers.

The news came in a blog post about Stats V2. This will allow stats to be tracked across all platforms and will break up stats for each LTM.

Heya folks,It’s been a while since we’ve talked about stats so let’s dive right in. In the v7.40 update, we’ll be turning on Stats v2.What does that mean? The current stats system database couldn’t scale properly for all platforms so we’re going to upgrade the existing one to include a variety of info and track player progress better over time. Here are a couple of new things arriving with the update to stats:

  • The ability to track all of your play in one place and view it across all platforms.
    • This includes the ability for mobile and Switch players to view their stats in-game.
  • Breaking up stats by each individual Limited Time Mode.

Let us know what you think of Stats v2 when it releases in the v7.40 update!
