Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins posted a short video on Twitter on August 26 teasing an announcement.
Fortnite’s prized personality has had an amazing 2019 spanning from appearing in a Super Bowl commercial to helping to cast the Fortnite World Cup.
Ninja has been able to break multiple boundaries in gaming by appearing on multiple talk shows and landing major sponsorship deals, with his latest being on Celebrity Family Feud.
The Illinois native previously made an announcement on August 1 that broke the internet by stating he would be leaving Twitch, his platform of choice for 8 years, in order to partner with Microsoft’s Mixer.
With a cryptic 15-second video, Ninja teased another announcement that will take place on August 27 at 2 pm CT / 3 pm ET.
Who will Ninja partner with next?
The video begins with Ninja talking to the camera and saying, “Hi, guys. I just wanna-” before the video begins to glitch.
You can briefly see the time of “2 pm CT” before the video cuts to an ending title screen with a black background.

The text used for the end title screen is often used by Samsung and Adidas. We can not confirm that Ninja will be partnering with either of those companies, but it’s important to note.
Ninja has previously worked with Samsung by helping to launch their Note line-up of cell phones and holding a Samsung x Ninja event.
There is no way to predict what Ninja’s announcement will be, but we are definitely excited to see what the streamer has in store for us on August 27.
