Fortnite Battle Royale players are going to have to strap themselves in for one hell of a ride to close out the remainder of Season 10, according to leaked information.

As many fans will already be aware, The Scientist has built a rocket at the Dusty Depot point of interest and there’s only a matter of time before it takes off – just like it did in Season 4.

With that being said, if there were any doubts at all about the rocket eventually being flown off into the sky, a few new audio files found by data miners will give you a much better idea of how things are going to sound when it eventually transpires.

Fortnite leaker @FortTory has revealed a number of different sounds in the run-up to the event being activated, including: pre-take off audio, tapes, launch warnings and more — all of which can be found below.

The next sound isn’t of the rocket, but instead it appears to be The Visitor. At least, that’s what it’s been named in the files.

Aside from that, there are also a number of launch sounds, followed by what seems to be an unknown device called ‘NightNight’.

Perhaps as the event continues, we’ll see more of it and understand its significance. At the moment, the name doesn’t give too much away.

There’s no official launch date for Fortnite’s rocket as of the time of writing, but it’s looking increasingly likely that whatever happens during the course of the event will spark the end of the season.

Until we have that start time, it’s best to keep your eyes peeled on everything that’s happening in-game. There could be more clues appearing soon!
