Professional soccer player for the Algeria national team, Haris Belkebla, is out of a job after showing his rear end during his teammate’s Fortnite stream.
Tons of professional athletes enjoy Fortnite Battle Royale, and some even stream their gaming sessions on Twitch.
Substitute goalkeeper Alexandre Oukidja was playing Fortnite solos on stream from his hotel, as the team was preparing for the Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
As he was looking to shoot an enemy, Belkebla stood behind Oukidja and dropped his pants for the whole stream to see.
The mooning quickly spread across the internet and the team’s manager swiftly look action against Belkebla.
DZ Football reported that the player was informed that he was dropped from the team and would be sent back home immediately.
The team published a statement saying that the player was let go and given a plane ticket to return home in order “to maintain discipline within the group.”
Belkebla’s actions might reflect on his teammate as well since it is against Twitch’s terms of service to display nudity.
This isn’t the first time a professional athlete has gotten in trouble over Fortnite shenanigans, and we don’t expect this to be the last.
