Mobile players will be excited to hear that the platform will receive a number of adjustments in Fortnite Season 8.

Now that Season 7 of Fortnite is winding down and set to come to an end on Thursday, February 28, most players have their eyes set on what will happen in Season 8.

It appears that Season 8 will bring a collection of high-profile changes to Fornite, as shown by the Epic Games AMA thread on the Fortnite subreddit.

However, along with all of the Season 8 news revealed in the AMA, it was also announced that numerous improvements will be introduced for Fortnite on mobile devices.

The information came via a blog post titled ‘Mobile Issues Status – February 2019’ which went into more detail regarding the proposed fixes coming in v8.00.

All of the Mobile updates in Fortnite Season 8 can be viewed below.

  • Intermittently Console/Touch HUD shows input is blocked despite using a mobile controller or Touch
    • Fixed in v8.00
  • Interaction Button
    • Interacting with items when there was blocking line of site should no longer occur.
      • This includes: Ziplines, Chest, Vending Machines, and Floor Loot
    • Fixed in v8.00
  • Combat/Build mode button adjustments
    • TL;DR
      • When players switch modes and use the quickbar for building placement, combat mode could be re-entered.
    • Fixed in v8.00
  • Players are unable to change from standing to crouch position while editing structures
    • Fixed in v8.00
  • Dedicated edit button
    • TL;DR
      • Editing issues with the button that include players temporarily being unable to select tiles to edit at certain times. If you happen to run into this please report it in game and send us feedback
