A fan-favorite bridge might be returning to Fortnite Battle Royale, according to a leak.
Over the past 10 Seasons, the Fortnite Battle Royale map has undergone a series of massive changes which might make it unrecognizable to those that haven’t played in months.
While changes and adjustments are made in order to keep the game fresh, some dedicated Fortnite Battle Royale fans get a bit upset when certain locations are erased.
Even though major Points of Interest might have larger followings, the small, niche locations often have substantial pushback from community members after being modified.
Luckily, fans of the niche POIs might be in for a treat. According to a leak from the Fortnite Battle Royale v10.10 update, the large wooden bridge which separated Tomato Town/ Tomato Temple and Wailing Woods has been discovered in the game files.
Bridge that was close to tomato town and wailing woods has been found in the files again from r/FortniteLeaks
Even though the bridge might not have been the most popular landing spot for a majority of the Fortnite Battle Royale player base, many used it as a conduit into Tomato Town or Tomato Temple.
Especially when there were current challenges that needed to be completed at Tomato Town or Wailing Woods, the bridge could often be a safe haven for players that wanted to escape the ensuing commotion.
Even though the files have been found in Fortnite, it is still unclear what plans Epic Games have for the bridge model, and if it will even be put back in the same place.
While some believe the jungle may be done away within the coming weeks of Season 10 to reveal past locations, others see this as a far-fetched possibility.
Yet, with Mega Mall turning back into Retail Row with the arrival of the Fortnite v10.10 update, anything is possible.
Are there any former locations that you would want to see added back to Fortnite Battle Royale? Sound off in the comment section below.
