Ever since Kevin the Cube debuted in Fortnite he has been a fan-favorite and perhaps this skin idea would be an excellent way of implementing him in Season X.

Recent map changes made in v10.20’s content update gave players the return of the Loot Lake floating island and a glimpse at the cube sitting underneath.

The return of Kevin was met with a lot of excitement but what if Epic decided to take things a step forward and actually add cosmetics inspired by him?

Reddit user Vimaescud came up with excellent ideas on how Kevin could be transformed into a set of cosmetics and they look pretty great.

The skin is a purple outfit covered in runes, but it doesn’t stop there as the set would also include a pickaxe, glider, and back bling – giving players the whole suite of items here.

Vimaescud’s design on the glider, in particular, is quite impressive as it takes the floating island, with Kevin jammed into the bottom, and turns it into a glider.

Given the neverending popularity of the cube, it’s surprising that we haven’t seen any sort of cosmetics from Epic yet. It seems like it would be a pretty easy way for the team to make a quick buck from players looking to cash in on their early-season nostalgia.

Is the Visitor dismantling mechs?

Season 10 has been a rocky one, to say the least, but fans were very happy to see the return of Kevin, even if it’s in a form they’ve already seen him in.

There’s still a lot of time for Epic to turn the season around and they’ve already been making steps in the right direction with the BRUTE nerfs.

It’s possible the Visitor might even have something to do with these nerfs so keep your eye on that. Now if only we could get the Visitor to get us a Kevin skin.
