The second challenge for The Mandalorian is live in Fortnite. Here’s what you need to do.
This Fortnite season, we’re upgrading the armor for The Mandalorian, just like the TV show from which the skin comes.
The second challenge requires you to find Beskar Steel in the belly of The Shark.
Of course, this refers to the remains of the old POI from Season 2. It still hasn’t recovered from the Season 3 flood, but it’s doing better than The Grotto.
You can find the Beskar Steel in the most-likely location in the destroyed POI: the old Vault.
Nothing spawns in here other than cobwebs and a single chest, but you can grab the Beskar Steel plate on a shelf to the left of the vault door.
As always, the easiest way to complete this stage of the challenge is to hop into a game of Team Rumble. You can land at The Shark, get the Beskar, and quit if you’ve had enough.
We’ll keep you posted with more Beskar Steel challenges as Mando continues to level up. This is the way.
Fortnite Season 6 Week 5 challenge guide
The Fortnite Season 6 Week 5 challenges and quests are here. Take a look at how to complete all of them and gain XP for the Battle Pass.
Fortnite Season 6 Week 5 is here. Take a look at all of the quests for this week and how to complete them.
It seems like just yesterday that Fortnite Season 6 was released, but we’re already over a month into the latest season. The Week 5 quests are about to go live, and we got an early look thanks to data miners in the community.
Ahead, we’ll list all of the challenges for Season 6 Week 5 and give you some tips on how to complete them. Let’s get into it.
Fortnite Season 5 Week 6 Quests
- Deal damage with SMGs (1000)
- Search ammo boxes (5)
- Use a campfire (1)
- Modify vehicles with off-road tires (3)
- Drive from Sweaty Sands to Colossal Crops without leaving the vehicle (1)
- Maintain a speed of 65 or greater for 4 seconds in a vehicle (1)
- Get 2 seconds of airtime in a vehicle (2)
These challenges are all self-explanatory, especially with the map markers for the Sweaty Sands to Colossal Crops quest. You’ll have to find a pretty big jump to get 2 seconds of airtime in a car, but you could always build that for yourself.
Of course, we suggest completing these quests in Team Rumble. All of them will be available in this mode, with the only exception being the Legendary Quest,
The Legendary Quest for Week 5 requires players to collect Gold Bars. As always, this is a staged quest with rewards every 1,000 Bars until you reach 5,000.
The best way to do this one is to talk to every NPC, take every bounty and quest, and destroy every piece of furniture you pass. It will take a fair bit of playtime to reach 5,000 Gold Bars in one week, but that’s the point of these quests.
We’ll be back next week with another challenge guide, so stay tuned for that. In the meantime, make sure to follow us on Twitter @FortniteINTEL so you never miss out on any of the latest Fortnite news.

Fortnite Season 6 Week 4 challenge guide
The Fortnite Season 6 Week 4 challenges are almost here. Take a look at everything you need to do for the most XP.
The Fortnite Season 6 Week 4 challenges are here. Take a look at all of the requirements and how to complete the quests.
Another week, another list of challenges for players to complete as they work their way through the Season 6 Battle Pass.
This week, we’ll be playing with the new Recycler, dealing damage with Primal weapons, interacting with wildlife, and much more. Let’s get into it.
Season 6 Week 4 Quests
- Set structures on fire (10)
- Search chests (7)
- Eliminate opponents with weapons of Rare rarity or higher (3)
- Shockwave wildlife using a Shockwave Grenade or Bow (1)
- Tame animals in different matches (3)
- Deal damage to opponents with the Recycler (1000)
- Revive a teammate (1)
The challenges for the week are relatively easy, as most of them can be completed in Team Rumble. Taming and Shockwaving animals are as easy as finding them and making sure you have some Shockwaves on you, but you’ll need to do this in normal modes, as wildlife doesn’t spawn in Team Rumble.
The Recycler, which is the newest weapon added to Fortnite, can be found all across the map. It always seems like Epic jack-up the spawn rate on new weapons, as the Recycler has been easy to find since its release. It might take a while to deal 1,000 damage, though.
Setting structures on fire is easily done with a Gasoline Canister or Firefly Jar. If you hit a build battle with one of these, most of the wood will go up in flames.
The Legendary challenge of the week has players dealing damage with Primal weapons. These weapons include the Primal Bow, Primal SMG, Primal Shotgun, and Primal AR. You get any of these by looting or upgrading Makeshift weapons to Primal weapons by using bones.
The Primal Shotgun is widely considered to be the most overpowered weapon in the game right now, so it’s probably your best outlet for reliable Primal damage. You’ll need to deal 12,500 damage to complete all stages of the Legendary quest, so it’s a good idea to grab as many Primal weapons as you can carry.
Fortnite Spire challenges: how to collect a Cult Talisman
The Fortnite Season 6 Spire quests have players collecting a Cult Talisman from the Guardians. Here’s how to complete this challenge.
The Fortnite Season 6 Spire quests require players to collect a Cult Talisman from a Guardian for Raz. Here’s where you need to go.
Fortnite Season 6 has a sub-plot brewing under the surface, involving some of the new Battle Pass characters. Raz, one of the characters located in Colossal Crops, needs an item called a Cult Talisman so he can finish his disguise.
To complete this quest, you’ll first need to collect Artifacts from Tarana, find Raz, play the last log, complete 5 Uncommon or rarer quests, and retrieve the Cult Artifact from The Spire. After that, you need to take on one of the six Guardians of the island.
Fortnite Cult Talisman location
Once you complete all of the prerequisite quests, you can head to one of the five small Spires on the map to take on one of their Guardians. You’ve probably had a run-in with one of them before, and know how difficult they can be to deal with.
The Guardians have a substantial amount of health and can teleport around you. Landing at one of these locations is extremely dangerous, as you’ll need to fend off players and the deadly Guardian.
Here’s a map of all of the Guardian locations from Fortnite.GG.
Now, along with an Epic Primal AR and the orb required to unlock the Spire Jumpboots, the Assassin will drop a Cult Talisman. You’ll need to collect it by hitting ‘interact’ and bring the artifact to Raz to complete this stage of the quest.
This isn’t the final stage of the Spire questline. We’ll keep you updated with more tips for completing these challenges. Until then, make sure to follow us on Twitter @FortniteINTEL so you never miss out on any of the latest Fortnite news.
