The newest Fortnite secret skin, Sorana, is now available in-game but it will take some time and effort to unlock the extra styles. Don’t worry though, we’ve got you covered.
Fortnite seasons have, in the past, included a secret skin that fans can get their hands on through completing a set of challenges. We saw The Scientist skin in Fortnite Season 10, and now Chapter 2 Season 1 has followed suit.
Players who have completed the Alter Ego challenge and found the hidden letters that spell out F-O-R-T-N-I-T-E are now able to use Sorana – a skin was leaked just prior to being available. Yet, getting the secret styles will require you to wear the skin and explore the map in a bit more detail than you may have done already.
As usual, the hints to these challenges – which task you with finding a Pickaxe and Backbling – can be found in the Chaos Rising Loading Screen.
The loading screen which shows a character looking at a big set of TVs with Sorana splashed across a few screens contains the following co-ordinates: G1/G2 – H1/H2 and G7/G8 – H7/H8. The first set corresponds to the Pickaxe’s location, while the others are where you’ll be able to find the back bling.
Don’t worry, though, you won’t have to waste much time trying to find them as we’ve got a map with their exact locations.
The most northern cross mark refers to the pickaxe while the other is where you find the back bling. Head to the most central point of each X on the Fortnite map below and you’ll be able to collect the items.
As for getting the other two styles – Green and Grey skins – for Sorana, you’ll need to be more sneaky than go exploring around the map.
Essentially, you need to dive into a dumpster and a hay bale. The easiest way to do this is to head to Camp Cod or Frenzy Farm as there are plenty of both things in those areas and it won’t take long.
