As the countdown reaches six days, the Robot which is being constructed at Fortnite’s Pressure Plant has received the latest update to its arsenal.

Codenamed “Doggus”, this Robot has been built by a single worker drone over the span of the last few weeks. Each piece of the body is added, one by one; with the latest being a jetpack-like back-piece.

Doggus is expected to battle it out with Cattus, the monster which escaped from the Polar Peak iceberg not long ago. The countdown which can be found above each sky platform in the Battle Royale map indicate that this will be the Season 9 Finale / Season 10 Introduction event.

Beginning with a single leg, Doggus has been built piece by piece. Two legs, a torso, two arms, and now the jetpack. Seemingly the only piece which remains is Doggus’ head.

Surprisingly, each piece of Doggus has not leaked via the Fortnite files as Epic has cunningly encrypted the assets, only decrypting them when they are ready for use in-game. This change comes after many of Epic’s event-related assets were leaked in the past, it’s not a very surprising change to see Epic trying to keep spoilers to a minimum.

What are your thoughts and predictions for the Doggus (Robot) vs Cattus (Monster) event in Fortnite?
