A massive in-game event is set to take place in Fortnite: Battle Royale on Sunday, November 4.

Originally announced by Epic Games via Twitter, Fortnitemares will conclude on Sunday with a massive, one-time event that all players can witness.

According to the PlayStation events page, the event will be known as the ‘Fortnitemares Finale’ and will last for a duration of 5 minutes.

Although the image shows that the event will last between 12:00 PM and 12:05 PM, this may be a mistake. The Fortnitemares Finale is scheduled to take place between 1:00 PM and 1:05 PM EST.

More information can be viewed in the image below.

This will not be the first major, one-time event to take place in Fortnite: Battle Royale. The Rocket Launch from Season 4 and the destruction of ‘Kevin’ the Cube were both able to be viewed by everyone in a Fortnite lobby at the time.

At the time of writing, it is not exactly confirmed as to what will be occurring during the Fortnitemares Finale.

We will continue to provide more information on this in-game event as it is made available.
