Find the Fortnite Visitor Recording locations in Gotham City and Starry Suburbs.
Fortnite Season X is winding to a close, which means it’s crunch time for all of your challenges. Players who have already reached tier 100 of the Battle Pass now have the Overtime Challenges to complete, which involves finding hidden Visitor Recordings scattered across the map.
These recordings outline the cryptic tale of the Visitor, the Scientist, and the Seven. From what these recordings tell us, it would appear as though the Visitor has been stuck in some sort of time loop and is trying to end it once and for all.
More importantly, finding these recordings gives us access to three new skin styles for the Overtime Challenges.
We’ve already covered the Visitor Recording locations in Moisty Palms, Greasy Grove, Retail Row, and the Floating Island. Here are the guides in case you still need help with those challenges:
- Retail Row and Floating Island Visitor Recording locations
- Moisty Palms and Greasy Grove Visitor Recording Locations
The last pair of Visitor Recordings aren’t yet in the game as of this writing, but we already know where they’ll be thanks to data miners in the community. We’ll need to find Visitor Recordings in Starry Suburbs and Gotham City.
Gotham City Visitor Recording Location
This one will be easy to find. The Gotham City Visitor tape is sitting right in the middle of the street outside of the movie theatre. You should probably loot up before going after it, or you might be gunned-down before you’re able to get the reward.
Starry Suburbs Visitor Recording Location
The Visitor tape in Starry Suburbs sits in the brick building in the middle of town. It’s on the top floor in one of the bedrooms, facing North.
You should see the recording sitting on the bed as soon as you enter the room. This is one of the more distinct room setups in Starry Suburbs, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to find.
Now that we’ve heard all of the Visitor Recordings we know… well, we don’t know too much more than we did. The Visitor and the Scientist seem to be alternate-reality versions of one another – as many fans predicted. They are two of seven iterations of the character, and the events around the map during Season 10 are trying to break the loop.
If the name of the upcoming event, ‘The End,’ and the presumed new Fortnite map are any indication, the Visitor will succeed in breaking the loop. Now, we can only wait for the event that will end Phase One of Fortnite
