Fortnite community members have always brought a collection of awesome ideas in the form of in-game concepts.

Ever since Fortnite was released in 2017, fans and community members have offered their opinions regarding potential additions to the popular Battle Royale title.

Concepts, typically found on the r/FortniteBR subreddit page, range from new weapon suggestions to how to fix various issues, and everything in between.

Our most recent Fortnite concept spotlight focuses in on a ‘Total Darkness’ LTM created by Reddit user ‘_t0xicity‘ which would be such an awesome thing to try in-game.

The concept would turn the entire Battle Royale map dark with only 10% light brightness, and every player has a flashlight attached to their weapon.

With such an idea, the Total Darkness LTM would definitely be a fun mode to play from time-to-time, but would definitely take some getting used to.

Long-range engagements would definitely be difficult with pretty much no visibility other than your torch and flashlight, so those lighting options would need to be adjusted properly.

Could it be an LTM that ends up being somewhat of a disaster? Potentially. But, now that August is winding down, it could be an LTM idea that Epic Games could implement for Halloween.

As with all Fortnite concepts that we post, there are no plans for Epic Games to add something like the Total Darkness LTM in Fortnite anytime soon. However, with as many fan-generated concepts added to Fortnite over its lifetime, it could always be possible.
