Last year competitive Fortnite kicked off with the Celebrity Pro-Am and this year Epic is stepping up their Summer party.
Epic has released new details about the event in a blog post.
For the weekend of June 15th and 16th, Epic will host a public event featuring top Fortnite players and musicians in Inglewood, California.
Among the guests are streamers Ninja and Kitty Plays, along with musicians Brendon Urie, Dillon Francis, Cray and Jordan Fisher.

Those are just some of the many people who will make an appearance at this event, last year’s Celebrity Pro-Am featured a wide range of athletes, streamers and musicians.
The players will be competing in a unique creative match. Apparently the mode will separate 32 players into eight teams of four each.
We don’t know what this game mode looks like, only that it is being created specifically for this match.
That will happen on Saturday the 15th and on Sunday the 16th, players will compete in a traditional Fortnite tournament.
Tickets for this event are on sale for $35 but a $10 “facility charge” is in the fine print of the blog post. You can pre-register now through Ticketmaster but they will add even more fees to your order.
If you buy a ticket it will give you access to both days of the event and to the different attractions like ziplines, Fortnite mini-golf and Fortnite themed restaurants like Durr Burger.
The event will also be streamed through social channels if you aren’t in SoCal or don’t want to shell out the money to attend.
