Fortnite celebrates the LGBTQIA+ community with Rainbow Royale event
The Rainbow Royale event is here to represent and support the Fortnite LGBTQIA+ community. Celebrate with free gear and new music.

Epic Games has announced the Rainbow Royale, an in-game event meant to celebrate the Fortnite LGBTQIA+ community.
Fortnite wants players to know that everyone is welcome aboard the Battle Bus, and as such, it is throwing an in-game celebration for a portion of its community. The event is called Rainbow Royale, and Epic Games invites everyone to see what’s happening in-game and beyond during this celebration.
To start, Epic Games is giving away free cosmetic items that represent the Fortnite LGBTQIA+ community. As well, various LGBTQIA+ musical artists are featured on the in-game radio when driving vehicles. There are also new Creative Mode items that add a splash of color to any player’s build.

Free Cosmetic Items
For the next week, Fortnite’s Item Shop will have six free items that players can claim and gift to friends. These Rainbow Royale cosmetics can be used to support diversity as well as battle in style. Players will have to manually purchase the items, but they are all listed at a price of 0 V-Bucks.
The free Rainbow Royale cosmetics include the Take A ‘Bow emote, Wild Rainbow Wrap, and four sprays. The sprays are colored to represent a wider spectrum of the Fortnite LGBTQIA+ community.

Fortnite Rainbow Royale Radio changes
Last month, Rocket League added several free tracks to the game through the Love ISLV playlist. Now, these songs have made their way into Fortnite via the game’s own radio stations. Eight different songs from LGBTQIA+ artists can be heard across three different radio stations. Here are the tracks and their respective station:
BEATBOX
- Big Freedia – Platinum
- Lil Nas X – Montero
RADIO UNDERGROUND
- King Princess – Pain
- Troye Sivan – STUD
- Ben Platt – Imagine
POWER PLAY
- Daya – Bad Girl
- Hayley Kiyoko – Found My Friends
- Kim Petras – Malibu

Lastly, Fortnite has added a Rainbow Flag prop to the Creative Mode building assets. This ensures that no matter how you decide to play, you can support the Fortnite LGBTQIA+ community.

Epic Games has finally announced the FNCS for Chapter 3 Season 3. This time around, the logo seems to have a tropical theme that matches the ‘Vibin’ season. The meta has also changed significantly, and it will be interesting to see how some of the most talented esports athletes have adapted to it.
Everything to know about Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) Chapter 3 Season 3
Fortnite Champion Series for Chapter 3 Season 3 will begin on July 6 with 3 Qualifier rounds. The top five teams (Duos) from each round will directly advance to the FNCS Finals.
The qualifiers will take place till July 18 and the Semi-Finals will begin on July 21. As per Epic Games, the key to reaching the finals is Victory Royales and consistency. In the three Semi-Finals sessions, 6 Victory Royale winners and the top six consistent teams will move ahead.
The Finals will take place between August 12-14. There are two ways for a team to win the Fortnite Champion Series in Chapter 3 Season 3:
- The first team to get three Victory Royales and earn 475 points will be declared the FNCS champion. This is called the Match Point.
- If no team is able to acquire a Match Point at the end of 12 Finals matches, the duo with the highest points will win.
Chapter 3 Season 3 FNCS prize pool distribution
The prize pool for the Chapter 3 Season 3 FNCS is a whopping $3 million. However, it will be divided across several regions:
- EU: $1,350,000
- NAE: $690,000
- BR: $240,000
- NAW: $240,000
- ASIA: $240,000
- ME: $120,000
- OCE: $120,000
The prize pool is different for each region, primarily because of Fortnite’s prominence there. It is evident that the viewership numbers in Europe are much higher than in the Middle East and Oceania.

It is worth noting that fans should be able to unlock some free cosmetics by watching the matches. New FNCS-themed cosmetics also arrive in the Item Shop.
All in all, it is safe to assume that the Fortnite Champion Series for Chapter 3 Season 3 will be more exciting than ever. A ton of new features and weapons have arrived recently, and even map changes have been quite frequent.

Fortnite Island Hopper quests: How to collect 50 Gold Coins in Ultimate Murder Mystery
The No Sweat Summer event in Fortnite has arrived with Creative challenges. By completing them, you can get a ton of XP and free cosmetic rewards.

The No Sweat Summer event in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 has begun. Players can complete Island Hopper quests in Creative for some XP and free cosmetics.
Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 has a Vibin’ theme, and nothing suits it better than a goofy summer event. Even though Epic Games is yet to add summer-themed elements in Battle Royale, Creative mode already has six unique maps.
One such map is Ultimate Murder Mystery, and the goal is to get 50 Gold Coins from it.
Tips to get 50 Gold Coins in Ultimate Murder Mystery in Fortnite
It is worth noting that you have to either get 50 Gold Coins in Ultimate Murder Mystery as an Innocent or get five Melee eliminations as a Hunter or Sheriff. The reward will be 10,000 XP regardless.
Getting the 50 Gold Coins is much easier because the map offers a daily present that has 25 Gold Coins. This means that you can complete the challenge by simply entering the map for two days and opening the box.
However, if you wish to complete the Island Hopper challenges as quickly as possible, just enter a game and find Gold Coins scattered all over the place.
Completing tasks and getting eliminated also grants Gold in Ultimate Murder Mystery which is why a few games should be more than enough to get the XP reward.
How to get five Melee eliminations in Ultimate Murder Mystery in Fortnite
The melee eliminations challenge can be completed only when players play as a Sheriff or a Hunter in Ultimate Murder Mystery. However, doing so is much harder than the previous task.

This is because every opponent will be running away from the Hunter and the Sheriff on the map. Basically, it’s like a game of Among Us in which completing tasks as a Crewmate is definitely easier than planning murders as an Imposter.
All in all, getting XP from Island Hopper quests in Fortnite v21.10 is not that tiring. Anyone struggling to level up the Battle Pass can rely on them.

Fortnite to introduce Mitosis and other No Sweat Summer NPCs in Season 3
Fortnite players can expect new NPCs on the island with the 21.10 update. These include Mitosis, Underwriter, Summer Meowscles, and more.

Brand-new Fortnite NPCs will soon arrive in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3. While some like Mitosis will be related to the Reality Tree storyline, others like Unpeely will cater to the No Sweat Summer theme.
After a nerve-wracking war in Chapter 3 Season 2, Fortnite has switched to a ‘Vibin’ theme and a summer event is right around the corner. Alongside Creative challenges for XP, there will be summer-themed NPCs on the island.
The biggest highlight of the Chapter 3 Season 3 storyline has been the Reality Tree, and an NPC named Mitosis related to this new phenomenon should also arrive in the coming weeks.
Everything to know about Mitosis NPC in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3
Not much is known about Mitosis at the moment, but leaker iFireMonkey has unearthed the following details about him through in-game files:
- Mitosis will be a skin with 1-3 selectable styles and a glider.
- Mitosis is a male skin
Interestingly, Mitosis is the process through which a cell divides itself. This is similar to the Reality Tree expanding its roots in locations like Logjam Lumberyard. You can even spot a small pink tree in these roots and rumors have suggested that another Reality Tree might grow on the island.
The Fortnite community calls the Reality Tree the Bloomwatcher. Mitosis could very well be the male version of the Reality Tree and there’s a leaked survey skin that resembles this description:

A new Fortnite NPC will spawn in Tilted Towers
There’s another mysterious NPC in the files called The Underwriter. Epic Games is yet to give this character a face and an outfit, but it’s confirmed that they will spawn in Tilted Towers.
iFireMonkey believes that this NPC could be related to The Block 2.0. The codename for The Underwriter in the files is No Sweat which has made loopers even more curious about it.
Fortnite No Sweat Summer event to bring back Unpeely, Summer Drift, and other characters
With the upcoming 21.10 update, Fortnite will release the No Sweat Summer event which will revolve around Creative challenges for XP. However, the map will also undergo some changes and you can look forward to interacting with these characters:
- Unpeely
- Summer Drift
- Envision
- Boardwalk Ruby
- Beach Bomber
It is safe to assume that these summer-themed NPCs won’t be around for a long time, and accordingly, visiting them won’t add to your collection book.
Last but not least, players are hoping that Epic Games will finally release a Summer Meowscles skin in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3. The skin has been teased repeatedly, and it can definitely help in making No Sweat Summer 2022 a massive success.
As it turns out, the map already has a location/house full of Meowscles’ items such as a litter box and a mat.
