The last day of ESL Katowice Royale concluded with the $400,000 duo tournament offering cash to the top 20 teams.

Day 3 of ESL Katowice Royale’s Fortnite competition was packed full of impressive plays, fast reaction times, and plenty of memories.

Tons of players from popular esports organizations like Team SoloMid, NRG Esports, Ghost Gaming, and Team Liquid were invited to participate in Poland’s ESL Katowice Royale.

Here is the format that was used throughout the Duo competition on March 2 and March 3.

Each elimination: 5 Points

  • Victory Royale: 65 Points
  • 2nd Place: 56 Points
  • 3rd Place: 52 Points
  • 4th Place: 48 Points
  • 5th Place: 44 Points

Ghost Gaming’s Rocco “Saf” Morales and NRG Williams “Zayt” Aubin was able to secure the event with over a 150 point advantage over TSM’s Vinny “Vinny1x” Gilgan and Anthony “ZexRow” Colandro.

The top 20 teams were able to walk away with cash, while Saf and Zayt were able to secure the $80,000 first place check.
