Fortnite Crew subscription could be getting some huge upgrades

Fortnite Crew subscribers could be in for some massive updates soon, including potential access to streaming services.

A new Epic Games survey reveals some possible upgrades for the Fortnite Crew subscription, including bundles with streaming services, Save the World rewards, and more.

The Fortnite Crew subscription was introduced at the beginning of Chapter 2 Season 5 and has been a relative hit ever since. Most regular Fortnite players find that the value of the Battle Pass, a skin, and 1,000 V-Bucks justifies the $11.99 price tag – at least once per season.

Epic aren’t ending things here, though. A recent survey sent to some Crew subscribers reveals future plans that Epic have for their new subscriptions service.

Fortnite March Crew Pack

Fortnite Crew upgrades

The aforementioned survey included questions about previous Crew bundles along with an inquiry about additional features that players want to see. Among these options were Save the World rewards, extra cosmetics or currency, and bundles with streaming services.

The last option might be the most interesting of the bunch. Epic have already partnered with Disney+, giving players two months of the service for free with any Fortnite purchase. With this new idea, there could be a world where Fortnite Crew subscribers get a free Disney+, Hulu, or Netflix subscription with their Fortnite bundle.

We don’t know how likely this is to happen or when it could roll out, but the survey makes it clear that something of the sort is already on Epic’s radar and is, at least, possible.

It’s good to know that Epic are continuing to evolve the Crew pack as the year goes on. By the end of 2021, Crew subscribers could get content for other games, STW rewards, special offers, or access to a premium streaming service.

We’ll keep you posted if/when any of these changes are announced by Epic. Until then, follow us on Twitter @FortniteINTEL so you never miss out on any of the latest Fortnite news.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 NPC hints at the return of Klombo

Loopers can still not get over the sudden disappearance of Klombo in Fortnite Chapter 3. Here’s why their return could be closer than ever.

Klombo might return to Fortnite

The war between the Imagined Order and The Seven in Fortnite had disastrous consequences including the expulsion of Klombo from the island. However, Haven is curious about the mysterious vanishing of the species.

Klombo is undoubtedly one of the most adorable features in the history of Fortnite. The giant dinosaurs roamed around the island on the new Chapter 3 island and provided players with loot, jump boosts, and countless memories.

However, we haven’t seen Klombo since Chapter 3 Season 2. Just like every other looper, Haven is worried about the dinosaurs and looks forward to their return.

What happened to Klombo in Fortnite?

Even though Klombo wasn’t present on the map during Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2, loopers could still discover Klombo mounds. Accordingly, it seemed safe to assume that they were simply avoiding the war and will return soon.

There is a Klombo skeleton on the Chapter 3 Season 3 island which naturally shattered all expectations regarding their return. Having said that, anything and everything is possible in Fortnite, thanks to the Zero Point.

Here’s what Haven says when players interact with her while wearing special skins like Indiana Jones (to be released) and Mecha team leader:

  • I followed some Klombo tracks here, but they disappear.
  • The Klombo disappeared in the same strange flash of light that brought them here.
  • Have you seen any Klombo on your travels?

It is evident that Haven cannot digest how Dr. Slone managed to get rid of Klombo. She believes that the unstable Zero Point is the real reason behind their extinction which is why she also mentions a ‘strange flash of light’.

Epic Games was working on Klombo before putting them in the vault

A few weeks back, leakers revealed that Epic Games is not done with Klombo. In fact, the developers have been trying to make the dinosaurs killable and make them drop a ton of great loot.

Another leak disclosed that Klombo will soon be able to dance when players emote near them. Hence, it makes no sense for Fortnite to work on a wide range of features and then remove them altogether.

Moreover, the majority of the Fortnite community absolutely loves Klombo and their return will be highly appreciated. Content in Chapter 3 has been based on the player base’s demands, and to be fair, permanently removing Klombo is not desirable at all.

For now, loopers cannot do much but wait for new information on Klombo. However, we can assure you that the dinosaurs will return in Chapter 3 with the help of Haven and Zero Point.

Fortnite leak shows two major POIs getting the Reality Bloom effect soon

Reality Bloom is a phenomenon that is wildly spreading across the island as it modifies several POIs. Here are a few more locations that might get that effect in the coming weeks.

fortnite reality bloom

Fortnite Season 3 centers around the Zero Point blessing the island with colors and the mighty Reality Tree spreading its roots across the island. The bloom effect the roots create along several POIs further result in the return of classic locations from the Chapter 1 map.

The mystery behind the flora of the Reality Tree has been revolving across fan theories, leaks and concepts created by the Fortnite player-base. Loopers are having their share of fun with looting from their Reality Saplings and seeing the return of Chapter 1 locations merging with several current POIs as a result of the Reality Bloom effect.

To summarize, when the Reality Tree spreads its roots across the island and grows an extension of itself on a POI, it causes several realities to merge, which in turn merges a POI with another from another point in time. This phenomenon is coined as Reality Bloom effect by the player community.

In the past, players have seen the return of Temple Ruins, Coral Castle and now Neo Tilted in POIs like Logjam, Butter Barn etc. that have all undergone through the Reality Bloom effect. Latest leak shows two more locations that are about to undergo a major change as the roots of the Reality Tree have just begun to spread further.

Sleepy Sound and Condo Canyon are about to undergo the “Reality Bloom Effect” soon

Two major POIs known for its expansive architecture and loot pool, Condo Canyon and Sleepy Sound are under the radar of the Reality Tree next. The two locations will soon see the extensions of the roots of the mysterious tree and will get a Reality Bloom effect.

The effect would then bring POIs such as Tilted Town, Neo Tilted, Coral Castle, Coliseum and Lazy Links to the two locations currently on the map. These POIs are a combination of Chapter 1 & 2 locations whose realities are being merged by the Reality Tree.

Although the effect does bring back fan favorite locations back into the game without any explanation, some loopers speculate that the island might be in grave danger. The mysterious figure that appeared at the end of the Chapter 3 Season 3 trailer has not been seen before and is being called as Bloomwatcher by the player base.

Furthermore, there are theories that the Zero Point might already be causing chaos around the island and the Imagined Order was right to contain it along the Bridge. Now that it is free, the island is undergoing major changes and is running wilder than before.

The mystery of the Zero Point remains as loopers continue to enjoy their time in this madness caused by the chaotic Reality Blooms across their favorite POIs. All that the players ever wanted was the Chapter 1 map to return but it isn’t turning out the way it was supposed to be.

Fortnite leaks reveal another Stranger Things collab coming to Season 3

The Upside Down is set to collide with the loop once again as another Stranger Things collaboration is arriving to Fortnite soon. Here are more details about it.

STRANGER THINGS FORTNITE

The infamous collaboration between Stranger Things and Fortnite wasn’t as big when it was first introduced in Fortnite back in 2019. Loopers were disappointed by the cosmetics that the collab brought into the game but at present, it remains one of the rarest items in-game.

Fortnite is known for collaborating with popular culture films and TV shows pretty often and brings several characters from their respective franchises to the looped island. In the past, major characters like Star Lord (Marvel), Batman (The Dark Knight), Rick and Morty were added in the game as skins accompanied by their famous props as cosmetic items like Back Blings, Pickaxes and Gliders.

However, when it comes to major TV shows, Stranger Things was a phenomenon back in 2019 when its second season was underway. The show gained hype in its initial days as fans loved the entire 80s vibe of sci-fi and horror as the kids went against the Upside Down and save Hawkins.

The collab soon hit the Fortnite Item Shop but to the surprise of the player base, the only skins they received were an ugly looking Demogorgon and extremely buffed Chief Hopper skins, while they were expecting Eleven and the gang. However, latest leaks might bring good news to those fans and new skins into the game.

Fortnite skins are coming soon in Season 3 ahead of its finale release

According to several leaks that emerged after the recent v21.10 update in Fortnite Season 3, items like “WaffleWarrior” were added to the game files. Now according to theory, in the Stranger Things series, its protagonist Eleven is the only character who is extremely fond of Eggos Waffles.

The tag “WaffleWarrior” hints towards her and it might be the case that ahead of the release of Season 4 finale next week, Eleven could be an in-game skin that could be added to the shop soon. Moreover, it has nearly been 3 years since the skins from the Netflix series were last seen in the Item Shop.

However, fans are already creating crossover concepts of characters from both Fortnite and Stranger Things. Recently a concept artist by the name of Feraalsy created a video of Peely being possessed by Vecna.

The concept video shows Vecna’s skin concept as well as Prisoner Jones present alongside with Peely. Although it is a brilliant concept, the current hype of the series highly suggests a collaboration incoming to Fortnite soon later this season.
