After Cizzorz created a Deathrun in Fortnite Creative, he was hit with a wave of positive responses.

His first death run was incredibly challenging but speedrunners were able to exploit some tricks and Suezhoo took home the first prize of $1,500 with a time of 3 minutes and 17 seconds.

With the prize pool increasing to $5,000 – with $3,500 going to first place – Suezhoo will almost certainly be one of the first people to try out this new run.

Cizzorz had originally been set to release this run earlier this month but an accidental leak of the map code and some randoms who were able to delete a couple levels set him back until now.

There are videos out there showing Deathrun 2.0 but the real one has been changed after that leak. Cizzorz takes you on a full tour in his official video:

He has laid out a couple ground rules for anyone trying to speedrun this course and qualify for the prize.

First, items on the stage can only be used in their intended level of the run. No saving them to help in the future.

Second, players can’t use the invincibility after respawning to run through traps. This point is probably unimportant as the best runs will not have any deaths.

Finally, level 14 will require a using a grappler to hit each little platform, but players must only grapple those platforms.

If you think you have what it takes to complete this, check out the map at 6509-1069-6161.
