It appears that Epic Games will be rewarding players following a miscommunication with the ’14 Days of Fortnite’ event end date.
On January 2, the developer took to Twitter to apologize for communicating the incorrect end date for 14 Days of Fortnite on their social channels.
It was announced that players that ‘completed at least one 14 Days Event Challenge will be granted the Equalizer Glider’ as compensation for the mistake.
Players that are eligible for the reward will receive it in the ‘near future.

We apologize for communicating the wrong end date for 14 Days of Fortnite on social channels.
To make up for this, players that completed at least one 14 Days Event Challenge will be granted the Equalizer Glider. Eligible players will begin receiving theirs in the near future.
