If you weren’t playing Fortnite during the first few hours after the Season 6 (v6.0 update) you probably missed it. The Season 6 Battle Pass ‘Calamity’ Skin had some interesting physics in the upper-torso region which produced jiggle.
For scientific purposes, below you can see the aforementioned effect in action.

According to a statement to IGN by Epic Games, this was unintentionally shipped to production and was never intended to be in-game.
This is unintended, embarrassing, and it was careless for us to let this ship. We are working now to fix this as soon as possible.
Epic has since disabled parts of the character animation system until an update can be shipped to remove this specific animation.
We have disabled elements of our animation system. This means you may see visual issues with some outfits. Thank you for your patience while we work through these issues!

What do you think about this touchy subject? Should boob physics be allowed in a game where the objective is shoot-to-kill enemies, or is this sort of thing not appropriate for the younger audience who may be playing Epic’s ESRB Teen-Rated game.
