Along with the professional Fortnite World Cup Finals event, Epic Games will be hosting another of its famous Celebrity Pro-Am competitions in New York.

We all know that when Epic Games wants to do something big, they go ahead and do something gigantic. The Fortnite World Cup Finals is the most stacked gaming event apart from the mighty E3. Professional esports, Creative gameplay, exclusive in-game content? It’s all there at the Finals.

In addition to that mountain of entertainment, Epic’s putting together another Pro-Am event. The spectacle will include gaming influencers, actors, musicians, sports icons, and everything in between.

How to watch the Fortnite World Cup Pro-Am?

The Fortnite World Cup Pro-Am starts at 5:20PM EST according to Epic’s official schedule. The event kicks off directly following the conclusion of the Creative Finals.

In order to view the Pro-Am, you’ll want to tune into one of Epic’s official streams. While most players will prefer Twitch, Epic’s also set up streams on Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook.

Who’s dropping in at the next Pro-Am?

Now we’re getting to the good stuff. Celebrities from the worlds of Hollywood, Fortnite, sports, and more will pour into this event as Epic creates another star-studded roster.

We enjoyed the last Pro-Am just fine, but fans will be expecting an even more extravagant list of competitors for Fortnite’s largest event yet. Please Epic Games, we need Keanu Reeves playing using the John Wick skin!

According to Epic’s blog post, the event will feature the usual celebrity showdowns in huge Customs matches. The two championship Duos from LA’s 2018 Pro-Am (Ninja & Marshmello) and the Summer Block Party Pro-Am (Airwaks + RL Grime) will be battling it out to see who is truly the best of the best in celebrity competition.

Players will be competing for charity money which the winners may grant to a charity of their choice. It’s a beautiful way for Epic to create attention around important causes while allowing the influencers’ choice to matter.

Alright, alright. We know you want to know whose going to be playing in the tourney. Well, Epic will be using the same wave-based reveal system as with the last Pro-Am. On July 18, they revealed the first wave with a staggering 12 players.
