It seems like Fortnite will be taking over TwitchCon this year – with the giant taking up an entire hall just for events dedicated to the game.

TwitchCon 2018 will have a whole hall dedicated to Fortnite this year. The event – which will run from October 26 to October 28 at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California – will have a lot of booths for various titles, such as Black Ops 4 and PUBG, but an entire hall will be dedicated to Fortnite.

The hall will be host to the grand finals of the Fortnite Battle Royale Fall Skirmish, as stated by the TwitchCon announcement on their blog regarding exhibitors and sponsors of the event.

“On September 21st, Epic Games kicked off a six week Fortnite Fall Skirmish series with a fun new club-based format. Over the course of the series, some of the world’s top Fortnite players and influencers will compete against each other for a $10 million prize pool. The Grand Final will take place over three days at TwitchCon with an open and invitational tournament to determine the Fall Skirmish champions, while fans from home can watch online[.]”

As well as the Fall Skirmish, the Fortnite hall will have “frights, delights, and fun surprises” as well as “tons of fun activities”. Vague – we know.

We will be covering any events at TwitchCon regarding Fortnite, and also the results of every week of the Fall Skirmish tournament. You can stay tuned to FortniteINTEL for the latest and greatest news on Fortnite e-sports, leaks, and news.
